You’ll spend the day on our Fanale Marine Altore 900 RIB, a 9-meter private boat with twin 200HP engines, shower and sound system that plays to your tune. Sleek and powerfully designed, the boat features a shaded cockpit and a comfortable sun pad with ample space for maximum comfort. Designed for couples, small families or friends – up to six guests, and always with a professional two-person crew.

Your brunch is prepared in collaboration with Don Quijote, one of Hvar’s top local restaurants. Fresh island ingredients, beautifully presented and served at sea – wherever we anchor.
We start with a welcome drink and light savoury bites. Then choose your brunch:
Meat Selection: hand-picked charcuterie, three fine cheeses, seasonal fruit, nuts.
Seafood Selection: three cold seafood starters, the taste of the Adriatic on your plate.
All of the above can de combined at your wish.
Brunch is paired with selected Hvar fine wine, champagne, local craft beer or soft drinks – your choice, your pace.
Before you sail, we prepare a short preference list with you to make sure everything is just right.
